Safest starter engraver I’ve used
Fully enclosed, Class 1, and ready out of the box. My students can engrave wood and leather confidently without goggles (lid closed).
Dual-laser versatility in a tiny footprint
IR module gave crisp marks on stainless tags; diode handled small wood cuts. Great for personalization, but plan your workflow if you need both modules on one piece.
Small bed is the trade-off
The 110×110 mm area limits project size. I added the slide extension for simple batching—helpful but still not a large-format machine.
Beginner friendly, but learn the software
Setup was easy; Atomstack Studio is fine to start. Moved to LightBurn for better control. Manual focus arm works, just be gentle.
Great for engraving, not a cutter
Excellent engravings on leather and anodized aluminum. Cutting 3 mm acrylic took multiple slow passes—OK, but not for production. Support replied, but slowly.
