LaserPecker U1 5W UV

As of September 18, 2026, no U1 machine offer was verified in the existing US, EU or German LaserPecker shops or on Amazon Germany. The manufacturer expects official-site availability in Q4 2026. Its German website currently has a Kickstarter teaser; a deposit or signup is not the machine price.

Both are announced UV versions. LaserPecker attributes glass cutting to the 10W version. Prices, comparative job times and an upgrade path between versions have not been confirmed. Do not assume twice the power means twice the throughput.

No such universal capability has been verified. The 10W glass-cutting statement is a manufacturer claim without published thickness, composition or pass-count limits in the reviewed announcement. Ask for tests on your exact material.

LaserPecker Design Space (LDS) exists for Windows and macOS, with a separate mobile app, but the official software page and firmware compatibility table checked on September 18, 2026 do not list the U1. U1 support for LDS, LightBurn, individual operating systems and connections therefore remains unconfirmed—not confirmed incompatible.
