Customer ratings
Compact but impressively capable
Despite its small footprint, the LP2 engraved detailed logos and text on wood, leather, and coated aluminum with clarity. The roller accessory also made cup engraving doable.
Setup is quick, calibration needed
It took under 10 minutes to mount and power on, but I spent an extra 20 minutes verifying alignment before I got clean results.
Software is decent but lacks power
LaserPecker Design Space is functional and works well for simple jobs. But for more complex control, it feels limited compared with LightBurn.
Roller and long-mode excel, but stability matters
The roller accessory allowing 100×2000 mm engraving is fantastic, but in trolley mode it sometimes veers unless guided. Results on tumblers are solid.
Portability adds creative flexibility
Used it outdoors powered by battery. Great for fairs and quick site engraving jobs — lighter systems or CO₂s wouldn’t be portable enough.
Limited cutting, better for engraving tasks
Don’t expect strong cutting power. Works great on thin veneers and soft materials, but multiple passes are needed on denser wood.
Good value for prosumers
It’s not perfect for industrial workloads, but for makers, small business, or creative side-gigs, the LP2 gives an outstanding balance of speed, precision, and portability.
